Outpatient adult neurological and orthopedic Physical Therapist since 2004. Concurrent PRN position 5+ years at an Acute Rehab Hospital until working weekends became too challenging around family life.

My passion has been to inspire the patients I treat to maximize function, independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Additional Professional Advancement: Working to create a wearable device to improve core abdominal activation, posture, and awareness. Utility patent pending. Currently progressing into phase 1 prototype development.

Health & activity conscious, fitness enthusiast: regular runner participating in at least one half marathon each year, strength training, HIIT and Pilates workouts, daily walking — active as much as possible.
