As a physical therapist, I understand how challenging reduced core engagement and poor posture can affect movement, health, appearance and confidence. As a mom of three, I've experienced those challenges personally and recognized how much better support and tools could be.

Today, I'm an advocate for core health–dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the strength, stability, and confidence that come from within.

For more than 20 years, I've worked as an outpatient neurological and orthopedic physical therapist, helping people improve movement, function, confidence, and quality of life.

Health and wellness are central to both my professional and personal life. As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast, I believe in a balanced approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

As a mom of three, I understand the challenges of balancing health, family, and everyday life. My goal is to create practical solutions that help people move better, feel stronger, and live with greater confidence.

My passion for helping others move and feel their best inspired me to pursue innovation beyond the clinic. I am currently developing a wearable device designed to improve core engagement, posture, and body awareness, with a utility patent pending and a Phase 1 prototype in development. I'm grateful for the support and mentorship of MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network as I bring this vision to life.
